4. How We Use Personal Information
We use personal information to:
- create and manage user accounts (Creators and Members)
- allow Members to browse profiles and order custom content
- display Creators' public portfolios
- manage payments, commissions and subscriptions
- hold funds in escrow until delivery is confirmed
- operate the internal messaging system between Members and Creators
- estimate and display an approximate location for Creators on the platform map (via IP address if no position has been manually entered — the Creator can update or remove this position at any time from her account)
- prevent fraud and abuse
- ensure platform security
- improve the platform and its features
- send transactional notifications (order confirmations, payments, deliveries)
- comply with our legal obligations (data protection, tax obligations)
No personal data or private content is sold or shared for commercial purposes.

- respecting the moral and property rights of the persons depicted
Any violation results in immediate suspension and reporting to the authorities if necessary.

Certain technical data (e.g., payment processing) may transit through servers located in other countries, with appropriate contractual safeguards in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
12. Minors
