connects independent creators and members,
facilitates secure booking and payment,
provides private communication tools.

Important:

Caprice does not employ Creators.
They operate on an independent basis, setting their own rates, descriptions and availability.
Caprice is not a party to agreements made between Members and Creators.

5. Access Conditions

The site is strictly reserved for persons who are:

18 years of age or older,
located in a territory where access is lawful,
have accepted the Terms of Use.

Any attempt to access the platform by a minor will result in a permanent ban.

6. Intellectual Property

All elements of the site (logo, design, text, HTML/CSS/JS code, the Caprice brand) are protected under Canadian copyright law.

It is prohibited to:

copy, reproduce or redistribute the content without authorization,
use Creators' photos, text or media,
exploit the "Caprice" brand without written agreement.

financial losses caused by a Creator or a Member,

right of access, rectification and deletion,
transparency regarding the purposes of collection,

9. Reporting

10. Governing Law
