Caprice — Professional Standards for Creators

Last updated: July 28, 2026

1. Scope

This Charter applies to all creators using Caprice as independent professionals.

2. Professional Eligibility

3. Professional Conduct

4. Content and Legal Compliance

5. Booking, Timing and Delivery

6. Payments and Payouts

6.1. Commission Structure

  • Caprice charges a total commission of 15% per transaction, capped at $30 maximum (cap reached at $200)
  • Commission split: 10% deducted from the Creator's earnings + 5% added to the Member's price (markup)
  • Example: the Creator sets a price of $100 → she receives $90, the Member pays $105 before tax (+ applicable taxes)
  • Beyond $200, commission is fixed at $30 (of which $20.00 on the Creator's side / $10.00 on the Member's side) — the Creator keeps the entire surplus beyond that
  • Example: the Creator sets a price of $300 → she receives $280.00, the Member pays $310.00 before tax
  • For tips: the Creator receives 90% of the amount — the Member pays no markup, only applicable taxes
  • Payment is released to the Creator after delivery is confirmed by the Member
  • No payment may be solicited from Members outside the platform

Any attempt to bypass the payment system results in immediate and permanent suspension.

6.2. Payout Schedule

  • Frequency: payouts are processed twice a month (around the 1st and 15th of each month)
  • Minimum threshold: a balance of at least $50 is required to trigger a payout — below this threshold, the balance rolls over to the next cycle
  • Processing time: 3 to 5 business days after the payout date
  • Currency: all earnings are calculated and paid in USD ($)
  • Available payout methods: international bank transfer (IBAN) or cryptocurrencies
  • Bank details must be verified by Caprice before the first payout can be issued

6.3. Payout Hold or Suspension

Caprice reserves the right to hold or suspend a payout in the following cases:

  • Violation of these terms or the Creator Charter
  • Suspected fraud or abnormal account activity
  • Bank document (KYB) not submitted, incomplete, or rejected
  • Ongoing chargeback or refund request initiated by a Member

The Creator will be notified by email and may contact contact@caprice.adult to dispute a hold.

6.4. Financial Integrity
