1. Introduction
This Members Charter defines the rules of good conduct expected of all Members of the Caprice platform.
By creating an account or using our services, you agree to comply with this Charter.
Caprice reserves the right to suspend or delete any account that does not comply with these rules, without notice or refund.
2. Age and Eligibility
To use Caprice, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction)
- Provide a valid email address
- Not have been previously banned from the platform
- Comply with local, national and international laws
Any attempt to register by a minor will result in an immediate and permanent ban, as well as a report to the competent authorities.
3. General Conduct
You agree to:
- Treat Creators and other users with respect and courtesy
- Communicate politely and professionally
- Respect the boundaries set by each Creator
- Honor confirmed appointments or cancel within a reasonable timeframe
- Provide constructive feedback in case of an issue
It is strictly prohibited to:
- Harass, threaten, insult or intimidate a Creator or another user
- Send offensive, discriminatory, racist, sexist or violent messages
- Solicit non-consensual or illegal services
- Repeatedly use abusive or vulgar language
- Share other people's personal information without consent
4. Authorized Use of the Platform
You are authorized to:
- View Creators' public profiles and portfolios
- Order custom digital content through the integrated payment system
- Communicate through internal messaging (available depending on your subscription type)
- Send tips to Creators
- Schedule appointments
- Contact support for legitimate issues
Prohibited uses:
- Creating multiple accounts (unless explicitly authorized)
- Using bots, automated scripts or scraping attempts
- Attempting to bypass the payment system (requesting off-platform exchanges, offering direct payment to the Creator)
- Publishing or sharing illegal, obscene or unsolicited content
- Attempting to hack, exploit or compromise the security of the platform
- Impersonating another user or a Creator
5. Respect and Creator Safety
Creators are independent self-employed workers. They have the right to decline any order without justification, to freely set their boundaries and rates, and to report any abusive behavior.

You agree to:
- Respect the Creator's decisions and boundaries
- Never insist after a refusal
- Never redistribute, share or publish purchased content without explicit consent
- Protect the Creator's privacy (no screenshots, recordings or sharing without agreement)
- Report any suspicious behavior (suspected minor, exploitation, human trafficking) to support@caprice.adult
Any attempt at harassment, blackmail, threats or non-consensual recording will result in:
- Immediate and permanent suspension
- A report to the competent authorities
- Possible legal action
6. Payments and Commitments
All payments made on Caprice are final.

Premium Chat: Some Creators offer a monthly Premium Chat subscription at a price they set freely, giving access to a dedicated private messaging space. This subscription is separate from the Member subscription (Premium / Premium Plus) and is purchased directly from the Creator concerned. The same conduct rules apply in this space. The Premium Chat subscription is non-refundable once the period has started.
By making a payment, you agree to:
- Comply with the terms of the order placed
- Pay the full displayed amount (Creator price + commission + applicable taxes)
- Not request content that was not agreed upon or that violates Platform rules
- Validate delivery within a reasonable time after receiving the content
Prohibited behavior:
- Attempting to negotiate rates after payment
- Requesting an unjustified refund
- Filing a fraudulent chargeback (abusive dispute)
- Offering direct payment to the Creator to avoid platform fees
Abusive chargebacks result in:
- Immediate account suspension
- Formal dispute with the payment processor
- Administrative fees
- Reporting for fraud
7. Privacy and Confidentiality
You agree to:
- Never publicly share information about a Creator (real name, precise location, photos, etc.)
- Not record (audio, video, screenshots) without explicit consent
- Protect your own login information (password, email)
- Never disclose your password to a third party

Creator geolocation: The position shown on the map for each Creator is an approximate estimate based on IP address (accuracy: city or region, within a 1.5 to 5 km radius). It is not an exact GPS position. Caprice never discloses a Creator's precise location.
8. Account Security
You are responsible for the security of your account. You must:
- Use a strong, unique password
- Never share your login credentials
- Log out after each session on a shared device
- Immediately report any suspicious activity on your account
Caprice will not be liable for losses resulting from:
- voluntary sharing of your credentials,
- a compromised device,
- an unsecured network used to access your account.
9. Reporting
Caprice encourages the community to report any suspicious or inappropriate behavior.
You can report:
- an abusive or harassing user,
- a suspicious profile (fake profile, suspected minor),
- an attempted fraud or scam,
- illegal or non-compliant content,
- a violation of this Charter.
All reports are handled confidentially.
10. Possible Sanctions
In the event of a violation of this Charter, Caprice may apply the following sanctions:

Caprice reserves the right to suspend or delete an account without notice, without refund, and without detailed justification in the event of a serious violation.

11. Charter Updates
Caprice may modify this Charter at any time.
Members will be notified by:
- email,
- an updated date at the top of this page.
Continued use of the services after notice constitutes acceptance of the changes.
